Wanna Hear a Good Story?

Dear subscriber.

The statistics read that one person gets mugged every 52 seconds in London.

The solution?

That poor bastard should move to another town – and quick!

That town’s obviously not for him.

Speaking of bad luck, I gotta question for ya.

When is it bad luck to send your subscribers a sales pitch? Take your time. La, la, la, la, la…

…. time’s up!

The answer is: Never!

It’s always a good idea to send your subscribers a sales message. Especially if you’ve got some copywriting chops. And… if you can add storytelling to the mix, well hell… you’ll be armed to the teeth with ways to write emails that pull in that grisbi.

Hey, wanna hear a good story?

Of course you do! Everyone wants to hear a good story. And that’s precisely why many of my promotional emails contain a story.

But the real secret is to use storytelling as a type of Trojan horse. You see, a good story allows you to slip in a lesson, a point of view, and my favorite: a sales pitch! – and do it under the radar.

Hm, I realize I’ve done a horrible job of explaining how to use storytelling to sell your wares, but cut me some slack, would you? I’m still in holiday mode and … and… aw, hell, whadda you care?

Look, if you want to know how to sell products and services with storytelling, go ye hither: https://kelvindorsey.com/mavericks-storyselling-secrets/

I’m heading back to my couch.
