Listen up, Shorty

Dear subscriber,

Allow me to share a cherished quote:

“The light you see at the end of the tunnel is the front of an oncoming train.” ~ David Lee Roth.

You know, when it comes to sales, optimism can sometimes cloud our judgment.

Many folks believe that merely reading a sales book, attending a sales course, or even selecting sales as a career will guarantee success.

Not the case.

True mastery demands daily learning – whether about sales or unrelated subjects -and consistent practice.

I repeat: greatness in sales requires continual learning and unwavering action.

Sucks, I know.

But I don’t make the rules. I’m just the jerk who gets a thrill from seeing those who don’t follow them get upset.

Well anyhow…

Here’s a biased but intelligent suggestion: read this: https://kelvindorsey.com/the-black-bookcol/ at least 10 times, and apply each insight diligently in your marketing and sales messages henceforth.

I believe you’ll like the results.

P.S. If you normally write long emails (like me), then every once in a while, try a short one. And vice versa. It’ll keep yer sharp (like me!)

Adios.
